Yes. Every Grand Solutions ride is a private reservation — the entire vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group. You do not share space with unknown passengers in any scenario.

This differs from scheduled minibus services or shared taxi options: you choose the departure time, pickup address and destination — transport is door to door. Depending on the model you choose: Mercedes V Class accommodates up to 7 passengers with up to 7 suitcases, Mercedes Vito Tourer accommodates up to 8 passengers, and Mercedes Sprinter can transport up to 19 passengers. Each passenger has a secured seat with a three-point seat belt.

The price includes a professional driver, fuel, tolls, parking and passenger and vehicle insurance. There are no additional charges or hidden costs.

For airport transfers — real-time flight tracking and meet-and-greet with a sign bearing your name are also included. The driver waits free of charge for up to 60 minutes due to flight delays. See the exact price for your route on our price list.

Yes. The price is agreed and confirmed in writing before departure — it does not change due to traffic congestion, alternative routes or flight delays. You receive a booking confirmation with the driver's name and vehicle registration number.

Yes. English is a mandatory requirement for every driver engagement at Grand Solutions — it is not an added perk, but part of the basic service standard. Drivers are able to conduct business communication in English and answer all common questions from foreign clients.

This is particularly important for foreign delegation transport and corporate clients who bring international business partners.

Yes. Companies and organizations can pay via bank transfer in RSD or EUR, VAT included. Monthly framework agreements are also possible for regular corporate clients.

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride. For cancellations within a shorter timeframe, contact us directly at +381 65 373 7448 or via office@grandsolutions.rs — we consider each case individually.

For airport transfers and intercity travel we recommend at least 24 hours in advance. For weekend dates, special occasions and corporate events — 2 to 4 weeks earlier to secure your preferred model and time slot.

The Grand Solutions fleet consists exclusively of Mercedes minibuses from 2020 and newer: V Class Extra Long (6+1 or 7+1), Vito Tourer Extra Long (8+1) and Sprinter. All vehicles are impeccably clean, non-smoking, air-conditioned and regularly serviced.
