Congress transport brings all transport logistics for a business event together in one place — airport transfers for conferences, shuttle service to the congress centre, and individual transport for seminars and business meetings. Airport meet-and-greet and delegate scheduling
When delegates arrive on different flights from multiple cities, coordination becomes a job in itself. Grand Solutions tracks all incoming flights in real time, the driver meets each guest in the arrivals terminal with a name board, and transports them to the hotel or congress centre without waiting and without organisational slip-ups. A delayed flight does not mean a delayed guest.
Shuttle service between locations
Conferences rarely stay in one location — there are gala dinners, satellite sessions, tours. We organise regular shuttles between the hotel and congress centre on a fixed schedule, and for unplanned needs the vehicle is available on request. Participants always know what to expect, and the organiser has one contact for everything. For groups of up to 16 passengers we use Mercedes Sprinter — ideal for shuttle duties.
VIP transport for speakers and sponsors
Keynote speakers, sponsors and organisers deserve special treatment — not a shuttle bus. For these guests we use Mercedes E or S Class, a discreet driver follows their schedule, not the other way around. No waiting outside the hotel, no unnecessary conversation — just precise driving.

How far in advance should transport for a conference be booked?
For conferences with multiple vehicles and group coordination we recommend a minimum of 5–7 business days in advance so we can align driver schedules and plan logistics in full. For one-day events with a single vehicle we accept bookings as little as 48 hours in advance. For urgent cases call us directly at +381 65 3737448 — we're available 24/7.

Do you organize transport for groups larger than 16 people?
Yes. For groups larger than 16 passengers we deploy multiple vehicles simultaneously with central coordination between all drivers. Mercedes Sprinter accommodates up to 16 passengers, and combined with V-Class vehicles we cover significantly larger groups. Send us the number of participants and schedule — we provide a preliminary plan with the number of vehicles and total price within one business day.

What happens if a delegate's flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time via FlightAware and FlightRadar24 — you don't need to notify us of a delay. The driver automatically adjusts arrival and waits at no extra charge for up to 60 minutes from the scheduled landing. For airport transfer this is a standard part of the service. Delays longer than 60 minutes are charged at a rate of 15 EUR/h, which you are informed about in the written confirmation before arrival.

Do the drivers speak English?
Yes. All drivers working with foreign delegates and congress groups speak conversational English and are trained to work with international business travelers. They are discreet, formally trained, and do not initiate conversation unless the passenger does.

Can I get an invoice for my company and how is payment handled?
Yes — invoicing is available for all legal entities, in RSD or EUR, with or without VAT. For organizers with multiple vehicles and multi-day programs we offer one consolidated invoice for the entire event instead of invoicing per trip. We accept cash (RSD/EUR), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer. Book via online form or contact us directly for an event package.

Do you operate outside Belgrade — for congresses in Novi Sad or Niš?
Yes. We organize congress transport for Novi Sad, Niš, Subotica and other cities in Serbia, as well as regional destinations — Zagreb, Budapest, Sarajevo, Podgorica. For intercity congress transfers we use Sprinter and V-Class with a fixed per-km price, and we send the price for your specific route within one business day.

What is included in the price — fuel, parking, tolls?
The price always includes the driver, fuel, tolls, parking and passenger insurance — no meter and no surcharge for traffic jams. The amount we confirm before departure is the amount you pay. The only possible additional cost is extended waiting (longer than 60 minutes) or a route change at your request — your driver always informs you in advance before any additional cost is incurred.

What is the difference between a shuttle service and standard hourly rental?
Shuttle service means a vehicle with a driver that runs on a fixed schedule between two or more locations throughout the conference — the price is calculated per day regardless of the number of departures. Hourly rental is more flexible and recommended for VIP guests with variable schedules or individual transport that cannot be planned in advance. For a combination of both types of engagement we offer a package price for the entire event.
