One monthly rate — everything included

The monthly rate you agree on is the amount you pay — no surprises at the end of the month and no list of items you overlooked when signing the contract.

The price of monthly and long-term rental includes all costs that come with vehicle ownership: registration with all fees, full comprehensive insurance, mandatory insurance, regular servicing and replacement of consumables according to the manufacturer's schedule. No annual registration charge, no unexpected bill for a technical inspection.

Seasonal tire changes are included — summer and winter tires, as well as their storage between seasons. A replacement vehicle of the same or similar class is available while yours is being serviced or in case of breakdown, without waiting and without extra charge. Roadside assistance covers all of Serbia 24/7.

The only things you pay separately are fuel and any traffic violations. Everything else — registration, comprehensive insurance, servicing, tires, replacement vehicle — is part of the fixed monthly rate.

  • What is the difference between monthly rental and long-term lease?

    Monthly rental starts from one month and is suitable for temporary needs — a temporary stay, seasonal project or while waiting for delivery of your own vehicle. You return it with a 30-day notice period, without penalties.

    Long-term lease lasts from 12 months and offers the lowest monthly rate because costs are spread over a longer period. Both models include registration, comprehensive insurance, service and a replacement vehicle.

  • What is the difference between vehicle rental and leasing?

    Leasing is a financial instrument for purchasing a vehicle — you pay a loan to the leasing company and become the owner at the end of the repayment period. Costs such as registration, service and comprehensive insurance are usually your additional expense.

    Rental is payment for the right to use a vehicle without the goal of ownership. The monthly rate covers all costs — registration, comprehensive insurance, service, tires and a replacement vehicle. When the lease ends, you simply return the vehicle. No credit debt, no obligation to purchase.

  • What exactly is included in the monthly rate?

    The monthly rate includes: registration and all administrative fees, full comprehensive and mandatory insurance, regular servicing and replacement of consumables according to schedule, seasonal tires and their storage, a replacement vehicle while yours is in service or broken down, and 24/7 roadside assistance.

    The only things you pay separately are fuel and any traffic violations. No surprises at the end of the month.

  • Do you offer rental for companies and is VAT deductible?

    Yes. Vehicle rental for legal entities is one of our primary services. We invoice in RSD or EUR, with or without VAT, with monthly payment terms. A framework contract for multiple vehicles is available for corporate clients.

    Vehicle lease subscription is a bookable expense for the company — consult your accountant about VAT deductibility depending on the vehicle's purpose.

  • Is a deposit or down payment required?

    Deposit terms are agreed individually depending on the vehicle and lease duration. For long-term lease of 12+ months, the deposit is usually minimal or replaced by business guarantees for companies.

    Importantly: there is no down payment as with leasing and no credit checks as with bank financing. Contact us for exact terms.

  • Can I change the vehicle or terminate the contract before the deadline?

    Yes. With long-term lease, it is possible to change the model or extend the contract by agreement with us — regulated by a contract addendum. Early termination is possible with a notice period of 30 to 60 days, depending on the contract.

    With monthly rental there are no penalties — you return the vehicle with a standard 30-day notice period. That is precisely why monthly rental is a flexible alternative to long-term obligations.

  • What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

    All vehicles are under warranty and regularly serviced — breakdowns are rare. However, in case of a breakdown or service inspection, we provide a replacement vehicle of the same or similar class at no extra charge. Roadside assistance is available 24/7 throughout Serbia.

    You won't be without transport for a single day — this is one of the key advantages of rental compared to leasing or purchase.

  • Where do I pick up the vehicle and is delivery possible?

    You pick up the vehicle in Belgrade at an agreed location. For clients with specific requirements or who are remote, we organize vehicle delivery to your address by agreement — details are aligned when signing the contract.
