This is not a shared taxi, not a shared van and there are no tickets to buy. The price is agreed in advance per vehicle, not per person, and does not change on the day of travel. No meter, no surcharge for border queues, no unpleasant surprises. What is agreed — is what you pay.
Our drivers are professionals with experience on domestic and international routes. They know the routes, border crossings and documents required for each country. For international travellers — all drivers speak English. Vehicles are Mercedes and Škoda, always clean, air-conditioned, from recent model years.

Do you travel outside Serbia?
Yes — we cover the entire region and beyond: Croatia (Zagreb), Hungary (Budapest), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sarajevo), Montenegro (Podgorica), North Macedonia (Skopje), Bulgaria (Sofia) and Romania (Timișoara). All international routes and current prices per vehicle are available on the Price list. For destinations not on the list — contact us and we will prepare a custom quote.

Does the price change if there are more passengers?
No. Grand Solutions charges per vehicle, not per person. Two passengers or five — the price is the same, provided the chosen vehicle can accommodate them. For groups of 8 to 19 passengers we recommend the Mercedes Sprinter. See all options and capacities on the Vehicle selection.

What is included in the transfer price?
The agreed price includes: fuel, all motorway tolls, WiFi during the journey, bottled water for passengers and luggage assistance. For transfers starting at the airport — real-time flight tracking is also included, at no extra charge. No hidden costs. All prices per vehicle are available on the Price list.

What if I need to change the departure time?
Changes are possible with timely notice — the sooner you contact us, the easier it is to adjust the schedule. Write to office@grandsolutions.rs or call +381 65 373 7448. For transfers linked to a flight — we track it in real time and adjust the driver's arrival ourselves without you needing to call.

How much luggage can I bring?
Capacity depends on the chosen vehicle: Škoda Superb and Mercedes E-Class accept up to 3 large suitcases, Mercedes V-Class up to 7 suitcases, and Mercedes Sprinter up to 15. For non-standard luggage (sports equipment, instruments, wheelchairs) — please note this when booking. An overview of all vehicles and capacities is available on the Vehicle selection.

Do drivers speak English?
Yes — all our drivers speak English and are accustomed to international and corporate travellers. For passengers who speak another language (German, French, Italian) — contact us in advance and we will try to arrange a suitable driver from our network.

How is a booking confirmed?
After submitting an enquiry via the online form or by phone, you receive written confirmation by email within one hour. The confirmation includes the driver's name, vehicle registration number, fixed price and exact pickup location and time. No charge without written confirmation.

How do I pay and do you issue invoices?
We accept cash (to the driver after the completed ride), card payment and invoicing for companies. Grand Solutions is a registered company and issues official VAT invoices in RSD or EUR. Monthly billing is available for corporate clients. For details write to office@grandsolutions.rs.
