Route planning and logistics
Every route is planned in advance — including alternative routes and real-time traffic assessment. Before the delegation arrives, the chauffeur may conduct a physical reconnaissance if the situation requires it. We coordinate with the client's escort and security detail at every stage.

Chauffeur protocol conduct
Our chauffeurs undergo diplomatic protocol training: proper forms of address, uniform and presentation, discreet communication, correct luggage handling. Nothing is left to chance — every detail is part of the standard we guarantee.

Confidentiality and NDA
On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before transport is carried out. Information about the delegation, routes, schedule and passenger identity is treated as strictly confidential. Neither chauffeurs nor coordinators share client information with third parties.

We have experience coordinating with private security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs protocol office and diplomatic escorts. We adapt our procedures to those required by the client — our team integrates into the existing structure rather than imposing its own.

Preparation and coordination
Our team prepares a detailed transport plan: vehicles, chauffeurs, routes, schedule. We coordinate with all parties involved in the visit before the delegation arrives.

Pickup and meet-and-greet
Chauffeurs arrive at least 15 minutes before the agreed time. For airport meet-and-greet — personalised name board, luggage assistance, direct escort to the vehicle.

Delivery and documentation
We monitor every step in real time. Upon completion of the transport, we provide complete documentation for the client, organiser or protocol office.

How far in advance should I submit an enquiry for delegation transport?
We recommend a minimum of 48–72 hours in advance for standard delegation transport. For larger groups (10+ persons), extended visits or requirements involving coordination with escort parties — a minimum of 5 business days. In urgent cases, contact us by phone and we will try to find a solution.

Does Grand Solutions sign an NDA?
Yes — upon client request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before each journey is carried out. Our chauffeurs and coordinators are contractually bound to discretion and do not share client information with anyone outside the company.

Can you organise a convoy with multiple vehicles?
Yes — we organise coordinated convoys of 2 to 10+ vehicles. Each convoy has a lead coordinator who maintains communication between chauffeurs and ensures the entire column follows the same schedule. Convoy experience is a standard part of our chauffeurs' training.

How does airport meet-and-greet work for delegations?
The chauffeur arrives at least 30 minutes before landing with a personalised name board. We track the flight in real time — in case of delay, the chauffeur waits at no extra charge. We assist with luggage and escort guests directly to the vehicle. On request, we coordinate with the VIP terminal service at Nikola Tesla Airport.

Do you cover destinations outside Belgrade?
Yes — we organise transport throughout Serbia: Novi Sad, Niš, Kragujevac, Kopaonik and all other destinations. We also cover international routes to neighbouring countries — Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania. For international routes, vehicles carry all required documentation.

Which languages are available with your chauffeurs?
Our chauffeurs speak Serbian and English. For delegations requiring a chauffeur with knowledge of another language — contact us in advance and we will try to provide a suitable chauffeur from our network. Coordinators are available in Serbian and English.

Do you offer vehicles with delegation flags or markings?
Yes — on request, we can install flag holders or delegation markings on the vehicle. Please forward details of specific protocol vehicle equipment requirements in advance when submitting your enquiry. For diplomatic vehicles with required markings, we comply with all regulations in force in Serbia.

How is payment processed and do you issue invoices?
Grand Solutions is a registered company and issues official VAT invoices. Payment is possible by bank transfer, card or cash — by agreement. For institutions and diplomatic missions, we offer framework agreements with monthly invoicing. Write to office@grandsolutions.rs for details.
