  • What happens if my flight is delayed — who covers the waiting cost?

    We track all flights in real time via FlightAware and FlightRadar24 — you do not need to notify us of a delay. If the flight is delayed, the driver automatically adjusts arrival without any extra charge for waiting up to 60 minutes. For airport transfer this is a standard part of the service, without exception. Delays longer than 60 minutes are charged at a rate of 15 €/h, which you are informed about in advance in the written confirmation.

  • What is the difference between Grand Solutions and Bolt, Uber, or taxis?

    Bolt and Uber use dynamic pricing — the price of the same airport ride during peak hours can be 40–60% higher than usual, with no way to know it in advance. Taxis have no fixed price and no option for corporate invoicing. Grand Solutions operates exclusively on a pre-agreed fixed price basis: the vehicle is private and reserved only for you, the driver speaks English and has experience in VIP transport, and every booking comes with a written confirmation, the driver's name, and the vehicle registration number.   • Can I get an invoice for my company, and what payment methods do you accept?

    Yes — invoicing is available for all legal entities, in RSD or EUR, with or without VAT. For corporate clients, monthly billing is available with a single consolidated invoice for all completed rides in the period. We accept cash (RSD/EUR), payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer. Book via online form or contact us directly for a corporate contract.

  • Which destinations do you cover outside Belgrade and what is the price?

    We cover all cities in Serbia — Novi Sad, Niš, Subotica, Kopaonik, Zlatibor, Vrnjačka Banja and 25+ other destinations — as well as regional transfers to Zagreb, Budapest, Sofia, Skopje, Sarajevo, Podgorica, and Timișoara.   • Can I arrange a personal chauffeur on a weekly or monthly basis?

    Yes. For clients who need regular transport, we arrange long-term engagements of a minimum of 5 working days. You always get the same driver who knows your schedule, preferred routes, and habits, with the option of monthly invoicing.
